With the exuberance and enthusiasm of several FSA Forum Members, as well as the generosity of Glenelg Fishing Charters, fishSA.com in conjunction with GFC is hosting the Inaugural FSA / GFC Fishing Charter, scheduled for Saturday, the 2nd of November, 2002.
Specifications / Conditions of the Charter
The conditions, though simple, are necessary so as to ensure attendance of fishers for catering purposes, and the Charter is offered to FSA Forum Members only.
- Charter leaves Adelaide Shores Marine at 4.00am sharp, returning around 9.00am.
- Minimum Fishers required - 10
- Maximum Fishers required - 14
- Fisher MUST be an FSA Forum Member
- Cost per Fisher - $60
- Rods & Reels provided
- All bait and tackle supplied
- Prizes, to the total value of $100, for the largest fish and mystery fish
- BBQ provided upon return from Charter, either at Marine, or the Beach [dependant on weather]
- GFC Fishing Vouchers are NOT valid for this Charter
- Cancellation of Charter and BBQ is dependant upon inclement weather conditions - confirmation note (reminder) will be sent out to all participants prior to Charter, confirming it’s event.
- Bread, Sausages & Hamburgers, Spuds & Onions Provided
- Drinks, Salads, Additional Meat (ie steak, kebabs) is BYO.
- BBQ is open & catered also for FSA Forum Member's Families.
- FSA Forum Family Numbers must be submitted for catering purposes. [See form below]
- Non-Charter/Non-Forum participants are also Most Welcome at the BBQ for a chat.
- Food/Drink for Non-Charter/Non-Forum participants wishing to attend BBQ is stricly BYO.

Directions to Adelaide Shore Marine - From East/Southern Suburbs
- Go Down Anzac Hwy
- Hang a right at Tapleys Hill Rd.
- Turn left onto Africaine Rd.
- Turn right onto Military Rd.
- Go onto Barcoo Rd.
Directions to Adelaide Shore Marine - From Northern Suburbs
- Get onto Tapleys Hill Rd.
- Turn right either onto Sir Donald Bradman Drv (old Burbridge Rd.) or West Bch Rd.
- Turn Left onto Military Rd.
- Turn right onto Barcoo Rd.
