Services disrupted to fishSA.com

Services to fishSA.com were temporarily disrupted.

Services to fishSA.com were temporarily disrupted from the 23rd to the 25th of April 2002, due to problems arising from the Australian ".com" Registrar TotalNIC, which delegates authority of  fishSA.com's web domain, to its webhosting site.

This disruption, which effectively resulted in the outage to  fishSA.com was a product of various causative factors, all of which can be attributed towards TotalNIC.

After many frustrating phone calls to TotalNIC, the issue has now been resolved, however concerns from fishSA.com still exist towards TotalNIC in their billing process and lines of communication.

Outstanding issues concerning this whole fiasco are still being considered by  fishSA.com, as well as various avenues of recourse, including litigation. Further action from  fishSA.com is still pending.

fishSA.com wishes to apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused, given the fact that the outage was beyond its control and caused by external parties.
