Begin by filleting your mullet if whole, and cutting the fillet as shown. You will need a two-hook rig with the hooks spaced to suit the length of the strip-bait.
Step 2
Place the top hook in the thicker and of the strip-bait.
Step 3
Place the bottom hook in the tail end of the bait.
